REMINDERS!

1. The parent and student enjoined are encouraged to participate together in the Brigada Eskwela. Ask for Brigada Eskwela Certificate/Slip from the person in-charge upon completion of your participation.

2. All students must physically go to school to have their height and weight taken during the enrollment.

3. Present the following requirements upon enrolment:

   • School Report Card ( SF9)

   • Enrolment Form (New/Transferred in/Balik-Aral) or Enrolment Add-In Slip (Old Students)

   • Brigada Certificate/Slip

   • PSA Birth Certificate (New/Transferred in)

   • Certificate of Good Moral  (New/Transferred in)

4. Follow the schedule assigned per grade level for smooth transactions.

   • June 4, 2025, 7:00 AM - Grade 9 and 10

   • June 5, 2025, 7:00 AM - Grade 7 and 8
